What’s your warranty policy?

We offer 12 months warranty depending on the machine type. Spare parts and technical support are available after the warranty period.

How long is the production lead time?

How do you ship the products?

We offer sea, air, and express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS). DDP service is also available for selected countries.
